We are encouraged to create a go-go-go life. Join the group for a half-day discussion on your observations, listen to the science behind some of the effects of focusing on meaning in our lives, including better health and relationships, and learn ways to strategize and prioritize what is truly important in our lives.

• A facilitated discussion to observe what’s currently happening in our lives,

• Research: Sit back, relax and take notes on recent health and longevity studies.

• Vision: Get creative by making a visual representation of your vision to help bring focus and enjoyment to what matters most in your life.

• We will look at how business strategy and implementation tools can be used to prioritize meaning in your life and work.

The goal of the workshop is collaboration, learning, creativity and having more meaning in our day to day lives. We will learn to work smarter and to become more present, connected and fulfilled. The location is in the historic Barrio Viejo Light refreshment and supplies are provided.
