November 10, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm$10
Vetdrenaline Racing and Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital, a leading provider of acute psychiatric care, have teamed up to host the Veterans Drift Experience, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 10 at the Musselman Honda Circuit Racetrack, 11800 S. Harrison Rd. in Tucson.
Founded by U.S. military veteran Jess Maney to help veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder, non-profit advocacy group Vetdrenaline Racing uses drift racing as a drug-free therapeutic experience to help military veterans.
Drift racing is an artistic form of motorsports that involves cars driving up to 70 miles per hour and sliding sideways through turns, controlled by a professional drift driver. Vetdrenaline Racing puts veterans in passenger seats of drift cars to experience a fun adrenaline rush in a safe and structured environment.

Veterans wishing to be a passenger in a racecar should email their name, age, list of any disabilities or limitations, phone number, copy of their DD214 military card and photo identification to email@example.com. Veteran passenger check-in is from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Vetdrenaline booth.
-Tickets for the public: $10 at the gate which opens at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 10.
-Veterans who are interested in getting involved with Vetdrenaline Racing or individuals who wish to donate or view a race can do so by visiting vetdrenaline.com.
