Know Your Rights At Border Checkpoints

March 27 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Free

Passing through a Border Patrol checkpoint on a daily basis is a reality for thousands of residents in Southern Arizona. Checkpoints have led to racial profiling and unconstitutional searches and are often criticized as being an ineffective use of tax dollars. Join the ACLU of Arizona at Tubac Center of the Arts for a discussion about your rights at nearby border checkpoints. Participants will also have an opportunity to view the works of forty Arizona artists in the exhibit, “In This Together: Sixty Years of Daring To Create A More Perfect Arizona.” The ACLU exhibit reflects 60 years of protecting the constitutional rights of all people. Wednesday March 27th 5:30PM to 6:30 PM
