Galentine’s Day with the Humane Society

February 13 @ 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

In 2010, Amy Poehler’s Parks and Rec character Leslie Knope created Galentine’s Day. It’s like Valentine’s Day, but instead of celebrating the love you have for your significant other, you spend it celebrating the love you have for your best friends. Galentine’s Day is recognized on February 13th.

Tag your friends and tell them to join you on Wednesday, February 13th at 6:00pm/movie starting at 6:30 on the rooftop at Playground Bar & Lounge. Bring your dog and enjoy drink specials while kicking back and watching The First Wives Club. Playground Bar & Lounge will have a specialty champagne drink available for only $5 and all proceeds from this drink* will go directly towards helping the homeless pets at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona.

Don’t forget to stop by our Galentine’s Day themed selfie booth and check out our HSSA merchandise.

Celebrate the love for your friends while helping the homeless pets at HSSA. Entry is $5 and can be paid at the door or online at https://support.hssaz.org/event/galentines-day/e220861. Each paid entry will give you $5 OFF your HSSA Valentine’s shirts!

*21+ | Please drink responsibly | well-behaved & vaccinated dogs welcome.
